Maple syrup and oat meal smoothie

If you like creamy smoothies this one will be definitely written to your favorites list! It is delicious, filling and perfect on the morning rush!

And like all smoothies it is super easy and quick to make.

You will need:

1 ripe banana

60 grams of oats

2 table spoons of maple syrup

1 tea spoon of cinnamon

Any plant based milk (I used soy)

Chop banana and add all remaining ingredients into the blender. Add milk just to cover everything, blend till very smooth and there are no oat chunks left.
